Spiral Wrapping - The best way to wrap fragile, lightweight or column-stacked loads is to secure them immediately at the top, before the turntable achieves full speed. The A-Arm is the only turntable style machine able to perform Automatic Spiral Wrapping from top down.
Automatic Top Banding - This involves wrapping only the top portion of a load in order to save on stretch film, Tremendous savings can be realized by wrapping only the top of the load. An ideal candidate for Top Branding is a customer who wraps frequently but needs only sufficient security to transport the load in a controlled environment. For example, this could be a company that moves pallets within or between warehouses. Full truck load industries such as the beverage industry require only enough security to retain the load for lift truck movement, at which point the truck/trailer keeps the loads secure with little chance of movement. Part or full time utilization of this feature can save you as much as 75% on your film costs.
Machine #3 - Semi-Automatic
The machine can function as a traditional semi-automatic. This mode allows you the flexibility to wrap special loads including uneven, unstable or extraordinary pallet configurations. This mode is also beneficial when manual roping operations are required.
